Art is my Fuel

Luis Casagrande was born in Içara, a city in the south of Santa Catarina.
From an early age he had contact with art, his first painting was painted at 7 years old.
After completing high school, he entered veterinary medicine school where he studied 3 years and decided to return to artistic life.
At the age of 26 he had his first daughter Chloe and at 29 his first son, Henrique. According to Casagrande, his biggest motivations.
Her first and only contact with a teacher was at 16 years old with Paulo Ricardo Campos, proving that Dom exists.

After which Casagrande pursued her artistic career focused on feminine and expressive portraits.
After a season in California, Casagrande returned to his country of origin, showing skills with different textures and colors, using unusual but effective tools to bring the desired result by the artist, with a unique identity and significant sizes, attracted the attention of galleries and exhibitions in his country.

Recently Casagrande moved to the USA and resides near Washington DC, came in search of something bigger for his career.
